ABOUT THE PROPERTY VISION TEAM
The Property Vision Team was formed after our March 10, 2024 community meeting and vote for the "Salt House Community to create a committee with the goal to explore opportunities for all the property Salt House owns, and in the meantime to minimize any capital investments in the parsonage property." This team has been working since March to gather information for form options for how Salt House will move into the future as it relates to the asset of our property.

HOW LONG WILL THIS PROCESS TAKE?
The Property Vision Team will be working for 6 months (March to September) to gather information, solicit community feedback, assess feasibility, and document the details of the options available to us moving forward. Expect to have a community meeting in September or October 2024  to make a decision about next steps.

WHO IS ON THE TEAM?
There are nine people on the Property Vision Team: Pam Bolig, Ryan Marsh, Jon Pascal, Angela Rozmyn, Susan Shelton, Mare Sullivan, Marc Templin, and Kristin Trace.

OPTION 1 (Watch Here)

This option looks at just the parsonage property as an asset. This leaves the Salt House building and back yard unchanged.

OPTION 2 (Watch Here)

This option considers the entirety of the back yard + parsonage property, mostly leaving the Salt House building unchanged.

This option explores and full property reimagining, creating a number of different and unique spaces for mission and ministry.
